Prints & shipping
Our unframed matte paper prints are made to order by Printful. Frames and other objects shown with artwork are not included. Screen colors can differ from the finished print. We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is quoted for your delivery address, and applicable tax is shown before payment. Production and transit times vary; any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Orders & changes
Stripe securely processes payment. Once payment is confirmed, your order is automatically submitted for printing. Check the size and shipping address carefully. Email us promptly if you need a change or cancellation; once production starts we may be unable to stop or change it.
Problems & returns
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact [email protected] with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us before returning anything. Because prints are made to order, we do not offer returns for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size. This does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
Your information
Made by / House is operated by Chris House. We use your contact, delivery, and order information to process purchases, provide support, and keep necessary business records. Stripe processes payment details; we do not receive or store your full card number. Printful receives the information needed to manufacture and ship your order. Cloudflare hosts the shop and order records. Your browser stores your bag locally and your checkout details for the current session. We do not sell your order information.
Order records are retained as needed for fulfillment, support, tax and accounting obligations. To ask about your information or request deletion where permitted, email [email protected]. The shop does not record checkout forms in session replay or collect location analytics. The blog’s general analytics settings apply outside the shop.
